Inspection and flush-out
We inspect first and hear your concerns, then treat inside, the garage and the perimeter so hiding pests are driven out. Expect a few days of extra activity afterward as pests are flushed out. That is normal.

Follow-up visit
Your automatic follow-up is your first quarterly treatment. It catches the eggs that hatched after visit one and breaks the cycle.

A microencapsulated barrier that stays active 80–90 days is renewed each quarter, with free re-services in between.

Why is there an initial fee separate from quarterly billing?
The first visit is the most involved one: a full inspection, de-webbing and a heavier inside, garage and perimeter treatment to flush pests out. The initial fee covers that visit. After it, you pay the lower quarterly rate for your home size.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes. The discounted quarterly rate comes with a one-year commitment, and the agreement is signed before your first service. It locks in the rate, not you: cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. If you would rather not commit, One-Time Service is a single, heavier treatment with no plan. Switching to one-time service later means the one-time service fee applies.
Why does the 30-day follow-up matter so much?
Eggs laid before your first visit hatch over the following weeks. The follow-up, which counts as your first quarterly treatment, catches that new generation and breaks the egg cycle. It's the most important visit for keeping your home pest-free after the flush-out.
What if pests show up between visits?
Call or text us. Re-services between scheduled visits are free on every plan, and if the problem is still there after two re-treatments, we refund your last full payment.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes, once the treatment is completely dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour after we finish. Prefer plant-oil products? Our botanical service runs on the same quarterly schedule, priced after a free inspection.
Can I get exterior-only service?
Yes, at the same price. Inside treatment stays part of your plan, so if pests turn up indoors between visits, we treat inside at no extra cost.
What does a home over 4,000 sq ft pay per quarter?
The initial fee is listed above. The quarterly rate for homes over 4,000 sq ft is quoted in person once we have seen the property. Want the number before you commit? Book a free inspection and a licensed technician sees the home first, with your price in writing.

What To Expect:
- After your purchase, we will contact you to schedule your first service.
- Upon arrival we will inspect the home to identify any potential pest issues, as well as client concerns.
- Our highly trained technician will then begin your initial flush out service by:
- De-Webbing all eaves, overhangs, porches, garages, window/door frames, and lanai's to clean off wasps nests, cobwebs, debris, etc.
- Treat the perimeter of the home 3 feet up, and 3 feet out from the foundation. Treating all around windows, doors, eaves, overhangs, landscaping, and any other potential entry points for pests.
- Granulation up to 10 FT. out from the foundation treating for fleas, ticks, ants, and more! As well as spread fire ant bait around all active fire ant mounds.
- Treat interior of the home and garage space, as that is the main point of entry. Our technicians will place 4-6 insect monitor glueboards to help capture any active pests.
- Technician will let you know when they are completed with the service.
- We will automatically schedule your 30 day follow up appointment, which will be your first quarterly treatment, to break the bugs egg cycle. This is the most important part of keeping your home pest free after the initial flush out.
