Integrated Pest Management

How we treat your property

We use Integrated Pest Management (IPM): we inspect first, identify the pest, treat only where it’s needed and follow up to keep pests from coming back.

Step 1: Inspection

Termite damage found in a wooden structure during an inspection Inspection first

We check your property for pest activity, the conditions attracting pests and the places they get in, including attics, crawl spaces and other hard-to-see areas.

Step 2: Identification

A rodent found in insulation during an inspection Pest identified

We identify the species and where it’s coming from, because different pests need different treatments.

Step 3: Treatment

Technician applying a targeted treatment along a home’s landscaping Product rotation

We treat where pests live and get in, using baits, barriers, granules, traps, heat or sprays depending on the pest. We rotate products so pests don’t build up resistance.

Step 4: Prevention

Technician clearing webs from a porch ceiling with an extension pole Follow-up visit

A follow-up visit breaks the egg cycle. We seal or protect entry points and check again at every scheduled visit. For businesses, we document every visit for inspectors and compliance teams.

Every scheduled visit repeats the cycle, so protection never lapses.

What to expect on each visit

  • 25–60 min

How long we spend at your property, compared with 5–15 minutes for the big-name companies.

  • Up to 30 ft

How high we can treat, compared with 15 ft for the big-name companies.

  • Rotated products

We change products based on the pest so they don’t build up resistance.

  • Inspection first

We inspect before we choose a treatment plan.

WDO Inspection was on my client's 17,000 sqft home and was able to find drywood termites droppings, wings, and entry holes. This led to a treatment the next day which saved my client thousands on possibly needing repairs in the home.
