01 · Termite Control

Stopping subterranean termites before they reach the wood.

Liquid termiticides create a treated zone in the soil around and under a structure. Bait systems intercept foraging termites and get carried back to the colony. Which we use depends on what we find at inspection and where the building is in its life.

Most services pair a residual product around the perimeter with targeted treatments for voids, drains and the cracks where pests hide. We add growth regulators where breeding is the problem, and rotate chemistries so pests don't build resistance.

For ants and cockroaches, a well-placed bait often does more than a spray. Insects feed, carry it back to where they hide, and share it. We place gel baits in cracks and crevices out of reach of children, pets and non-target animals.

A plant-oil option, still applied by the label.

EcoVia 3-in-1 is a minimum-risk botanical made from thyme, geraniol, cinnamon and peppermint oils. It's exempt from EPA registration under FIFRA section 25(b). Like every product on this page, its label governs how and where we use it.

How we choose

  • Pests on its label: mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, ants, cockroaches, bed bugs and flies
  • Indoor crack-and-crevice, spot, yard and perimeter use
  • Not used for spiders or wasps, which aren't on its label

05 · Rodent Program

Rats and mice: stations, monitoring and bait.

A rodent program is mostly placement and service. Tamper-resistant stations hold bait or traps. Glue boards monitor and capture indoors. We choose between anticoagulant and non-anticoagulant baits based on the site and the rodents present, and service everything on a schedule.
