Small roaches in the kitchen that won't quit

German cockroaches hide in cabinets, drawers and behind appliances, and they breed faster than store-bought products can keep up with.

Up to 40eggs in a single German cockroach egg case. That's why this protocol uses more than one visit.

Apartments and condos

Kitchens where roaches can't be tolerated, not even a few.

Sprays and bombs didn't work

Egg cases keep hatching after you spray, so the roaches come right back.

How it works

The protocol, step by step

Egg cases hatch after the first treatment. The 14-day return catches the new generation and breaks the cycle.

  1. Day 1

    Inspect and first treatment

We find the harborage areas, then bait cabinets, drawers, cracks and crevices. Appliances are moved, outlet covers removed, baited glueboard monitors placed, and bathroom cabinets treated.

  2. About day 14

    Second treatment

We check the monitors, HEPA-vacuum, reapply bait, and apply a non-repellent insecticide to baseboards and behind appliances.

  3. Within 30 days

    Final assessment

We come back to check the monitors and confirm the results.

Your part of the plan

Success depends on prep. Prep removes the food and water that compete with the bait, so these steps matter as much as our visits.

Please don't use your own products after treatment. Store-bought sprays, dusts, bombs and baits interfere with the protocol.

  • Take out the trash every day
  • Clean cabinets before the first visit
  • Wash dishes promptly
  • Eat in one designated area
  • No food or pet food left out overnight
  • Wipe counters and cabinets with bleach or an antibacterial cleaner
  • Empty and dry pet bowls and sinks every night
  • Repair leaks and cracks

Questions

Good questions, straight answers

Still unsure? Call or text (407) 360-7325 and a real person from our Clermont office answers.

Why does it take multiple visits?

Egg cases hatch after the first treatment. The return visit around day 14 catches that new generation, and the final assessment within 30 days checks the results.

Why can't I use my own sprays?

Self-applied sprays, dusts, bombs and baits interfere with the treatment, so please hold off on them once we start.

How soon will I see a difference?

German roaches usually take more than one treatment. Some improvement can show early, but the full protocol is what finishes the job.

Is there a monthly option?

Yes. Choose the monthly subscription above and save 5% on each month's charge.

Are German roaches covered by my home plan?

No. They're specifically excluded from our annual, quarterly and bi-monthly plans because they need this protocol.

Effective German Cockroach Removal Strategies

German Cockroaches are small in size, brown in color, and repopulate extremely quickly. They are notorious for eating table scraps, dog food, and even book bindings. You may have even heard some people refer to them as "water bugs" due to them thriving in wet, dark environments, such as drains. Our team is professionally trained to find the source, evaluate any conducive conditions, and provide a detailed plan of action that varies depending on the severity of the infestation. Homeowner Requirements for Successful Treatment

To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, we ask that homeowners follow these guidelines:

• Daily Trash Removal: Remove trash from all rooms and discard it outside every day.

• Cabinet Cleaning: Clean out all kitchen cabinets and drawers before the initial treatment.

• Dish Maintenance: Wash all dirty dishes promptly.

• Designated Dining Area: Eat only in one designated area (avoid eating in bedrooms or other common areas).

• Food Management: Do not leave food (including pet food) out overnight.

• Regular Cleaning: Wipe down counters and cabinets regularly with a bleach solution or an antibacterial cleaner.

• Water Removal: Empty and dry pet water bowls, sinks, and any other water sources each night.

• Repair Issues: Address any repairs noted during the initial inspection, such as water leaks or cracks that may allow for harborage.

• Avoid Interfering Treatments: Do not apply sprays, dusts, bombs, or baits after we’ve treated, as this can interfere with the treatment.

Understanding German Cockroaches

German cockroaches are small, brown pests that can quickly invade your home. Because they breed rapidly, a small number of roaches can turn into a large infestation very quickly. Their presence is not only a nuisance but also poses health risks, as they can spread allergens and disease-causing bacteria. Therefore, it is essential to address the problem as soon as you spot them.

Why Professional Removal is Essential

When dealing with a German cockroach invasion, it is crucial to seek professional help. DIY methods may seem tempting, but they often fall short in completely eliminating these pests. Professionals have access to specialized equipment and treatment methods that are more effective. Because local regulations constantly change, using professional services ensures compliance with safety standards, making your environment healthier.

Steps for Successful Cockroach Cleanout

A comprehensive cockroach removal process involves several key steps. First, professionals will inspect your home for nests and breeding sites. Next, they will apply targeted treatments that are safe for your family and pets. Finally, regular follow-up visits are essential to ensure the problem does not resurface. By taking these steps, you can secure a cockroach-free home and peace of mind.
