Needs its own treatment

How we treat your home

Inspect first. Break the egg cycle. Keep the barrier up.

Every plan follows Integrated Pest Management: a certified technician inspects your home, we treat inside and out, come back at 30 days to catch what hatches, then keep a microencapsulated barrier active with regular visits.

Your first visit

What happens at your home on day one

The initial service is a full flush-out, and we typically spend 25 to 60 minutes at your property. You may see more pests for a short time afterward as they’re flushed out of their nests.

  1. Inspection

A certified technician checks for active pests, what’s attracting them and where they get in, so the treatment fits your home.

  2. De-webbing

Webs, egg sacs, mud dauber and paper wasp nests swept from eaves and overhangs up to 30 feet high (3-story homes included), plus porches, the garage, window and door frames, and the lanai.

  3. Perimeter power spray

A liquid barrier 3 feet up and 3 feet out from the foundation, plus eaves, windows, doors, cracks and entry points.

  4. Granular treatment

Water-activated granules 10 to 15 feet out from your foundation for fleas, ticks and fire ants. Whole-lawn treatment is available as an add-on.

  5. Inside and the garage

Pet-safe products indoors and in the garage, the main point of entry. Need another indoor treatment before your next visit? Tell us and we’ll do it at no extra cost.

  6. Monitors and your 30-day visit

4 to 6 glueboards placed to catch active pests, and your back-to-back visit booked automatically about 30 days out to break the egg cycle.

Products are safe around kids and pets once completely dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour. See the products we use

Indoor & outdoor pest control

Inside and out, measured to the foot

Pests live in different places around your home, so every plan treats four zones: up under the eaves, along the foundation, out in the lawn, and inside.

10 FT20 FT30 FT1234

Each number matches a treatment zone.

  1. RooflineUp to 30 ft high

We sweep every eave and overhang clear of webs, egg sacs, mud dauber nests and paper wasp nests, then treat them. Reaching 30 feet means the top eaves of a 3-story home get the same care as your front porch.

ForSpiders, black and brown widows, mud daubers, paper wasps

  2. Foundation3 ft up · 3 ft out

A liquid barrier around the base of your home, plus windows, doors, cracks and entry points, so crawling pests meet it before they find a way in.

ForAnts, palmetto bugs, earwigs, millipedes, scorpions

  3. Lawn10–15 ft out

Water-activated granules 10 to 15 feet out from your foundation. Want the whole yard covered? Whole-lawn treatment is available as an add-on.

    ForFleas, ticks, fire ants

  4. Inside and the garageFirst visit, then as needed

Your first service treats inside your home and the garage, the main point of entry, with pet-safe products and 4 to 6 glueboard monitors. After that we keep indoor product to a minimum, and if pests show up inside between visits, we’ll treat again at no extra cost.

From the top eave to the edge of the lawn

Spiders and mud daubers build where it’s dry and sheltered, up under your eaves and overhangs. We reach up to 30 feet, high enough for the top eaves of a 3-story home.

Fleas, ticks and fire ants live down in the grass, so our granules go 10 to 15 feet out into your lawn.

Safe around kids and pets once completely dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour.

Pest control questions from Clermont homeowners

Still have a question?

Call or text us. We’ll call or text you back within 15 minutes during business hours.

What pests do your home plans cover?

Ants and fire ants, spiders (including black and brown widows), paper wasps and mud daubers, palmetto bugs (American cockroaches), fleas, ticks, earwigs, millipedes, scorpions and similar household invaders. That includes the venomous ones: widow spiders, scorpions and fire ants are part of your plan price, not an add-on. Rodents, termites, mosquitoes and German cockroaches need their own treatment, so they’re separate services.

How high can you treat? Do you service 2- and 3-story homes?

Yes. We reach and treat up to 30 feet high, which covers the eaves and overhangs of a 3-story home, right where spiders, mud daubers and paper wasps like to build. Down on the ground, our granular treatment covers 10 to 15 feet of lawn around your foundation for fleas, ticks and fire ants.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

Yes, once it’s completely dry. Products usually take about 30 minutes to an hour to dry, depending on conditions, and we offer organic options if you need them.

Do you spray inside my home?

The first service treats inside your home and garage. After that we keep indoor product to a minimum, but if you have an active pest issue inside, we’ll address it properly and safely. Need another indoor treatment before your next visit? Let us know and we’ll handle it at no extra cost.

Can you come out today?

We have same-day availability. Call or text (407) 360-7325 to see if a technician is in your area right now. Requests sent after hours get a call back first thing the next morning.

How soon will I see results?

Often by the next day. Some treatments take at least 30 days to work fully, and German cockroaches usually need more than one treatment. You may see more pests for a short time after the first visit as they’re flushed out of their nests.

Why choose recurring service over a one-time treatment?

Treatment products naturally break down in 30 to 90 days with rain and sun, and pests keep hatching from eggs. That’s why we come back at 30 days to break the egg cycle, then keep the barrier up with regular visits. A one-time treatment can reduce pests for up to 30 days, but it isn’t guaranteed and isn’t refundable.

What if pests come back between visits?

On an annual, quarterly or bi-monthly plan, we re-treat at no charge. If the problem is still there after two re-treatments, we refund your last full payment. This doesn’t apply to one-time service.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract is required to get service. The discounted quarterly and bi-monthly rates come with a one-year signup, agreed before your first service.

Is there a discount for paying the year up front?

Yes. Prepay the year and save 10%, which covers five services. We also offer 10% off for military.

Do you service my area? What about my business?

We’re based in Clermont and service 11 counties across Central Florida and Tampa Bay. Use the town and ZIP checker above or see the full service area map. For restaurants, offices, rentals and other businesses, see our commercial pest control plans.
