Ant Control in Clermont, FL

Webenex technician with a backpack sprayer beside the Webenex truck in a Central Florida neighborhood Ants + fire ants: on every home plan

The trail comes back because the colony never left.

Wiping or spraying the line on the counter only removes the ants you can see; the nest keeps sending more. Tell us which ant you have, or send a photo, and you get a quote for any of them. Kitchen ants and fire ants are already part of our home pest control plans.

Which ant is it?

Four kinds of ant trouble, four different fixes.

Where they show up and what they leave behind usually tell you which ant it is, and the ant decides the fix and the price.

Ants

Two are on your plan. Two start with a photo.

A line of small ants across the counter or floor

House ants following a scent trail to food or water. We treat where they get in, and the ants carry it home to the colony.

Plan prices

Mounds in the lawn that swarm when disturbed

Fire ants. Lawn granules around the house handle them, with whole-lawn treatment as an add-on.

Fire ants

Fine sawdust building up beneath a window frame or baseboard

Carpenter ants, nesting in wood that has stayed damp. A different job from the trail, priced once we’ve seen it.

In Florida they nest in wood that’s already wet or decaying. UF/IFAS

How ant control works

Treat the colony, not the trail.

Spray knocks down the ants on the trail while the colony stays put and replaces them. A plan visit uses a non-repellent treatment instead: ants walk through it, carry it home and share it, so it reaches ants that never came inside. Products lose strength within 30 to 90 days, which is why the visit schedule matters as much as the product.

  • Inspect and identify

We follow the trail back to where they get in and confirm which ant it is before anything is applied.

  • A barrier 3 ft up and 3 ft out

Along the foundation, windows, doors and cracks, so ants cross it on the way in and take it back to the nest.

  • Inside and the garage, first visit

The first service treats indoors and the garage too. A back-to-back visit 30 days later catches what hatched since.

  • Kept active, re-services free

The exterior barrier holds for 80 to 90 days and each plan visit renews it. Ants back in between? We return at no charge.

Fire ants

Fire ant control in Clermont, included in every home plan.

Mounds turn up in the lawn, along the driveway and beside the play set, usually found first by bare feet and paws. Plan visits treat the ground around your home for them, and kids and pets can be back on the grass once it has completely dried, usually 30 to 60 minutes.

Carpenter ants

Carpenter ants are a moisture problem with ants in it.

In Florida they move into wood that’s already damp or decaying (UF/IFAS). Kill the ants you can see and the wet wood is still there for the next colony. So the job is the nest plus the moisture behind it, it usually takes more than one visit, and it isn’t part of a home plan.

Ants at work

At work, ants are a customer problem before they’re a pest problem.

Staff spot it first, customers right after, and most of them never say a word. Every Webenex commercial plan covers ants, fitted around your hours, with a service record left after each visit.

Ant control questions from Clermont homeowners

A quote for any ant, from one photo.

Send it with the form, or call or text. A real person in our Clermont office answers, not a call center.

How much does ant control cost in Clermont?

Ants and fire ants are covered by our home plans: quarterly from $125, bi-monthly from $59 a month, or an annual prepay from $514.90. A one-time service starts at $299. Carpenter ants are the exception and are quoted from a photo, because the price depends on the nest and the moisture behind it. See plan prices by home size.

Why do the ants keep coming back after I spray?

Spray kills the ants on the trail, and the colony stays where it was. What we use on a plan is non-repellent: ants cross it, carry it back and share it with the nest. Products wear off in 30 to 90 days, so one spray, yours or ours, wears off before the colony is gone; scheduled visits keep it working.

Are fire ants included, or is that extra?

Included. Every plan visit spreads lawn granules across the first 10 to 15 feet around the house, aimed at fire ants, fleas and ticks. When mounds are spread across the yard, whole-lawn coverage can be added.

Carpenter ants or termites: how do I tell?

Piles of fine sawdust beneath a window or beside a baseboard, near wood that has been damp, point to carpenter ants. In Florida they hollow out wet or decaying wood and leave sound wood alone (UF/IFAS). Termites give themselves away with mud tubes or swarmers. Send a photo: we identify it for free, and the answer decides the whole job.

Can my kids and pets be around after treatment?

Yes, once it has completely dried, usually within 30 to 60 minutes. Hold them off the treated areas until it’s dry.

Can I just buy a one-time ant treatment?

Yes, from $299 depending on home size, with results that hold for up to 30 days. It comes with no pest-free guarantee and no free re-services. The plans include both, which is why most ant customers choose one.

Do you treat ants at businesses?

Yes: offices, restaurant kitchens, rentals and more. Commercial service begins with a free walk-through of the site and a quote in writing, runs after closing or whenever suits your hours, and every visit ends with a service record.

How does the quote work?

Fill out the form, with a photo if you have one. Someone in our Clermont office replies by call or text within 15 minutes in business hours and tells you which ant it is and what the job involves. If a home plan covers it, you can also book the plan right here on this page.
