Roaches $250 · Flies $75 · Booked online

You sprayed. They came back. You’re not doing it wrong. You’re fighting the wrong pest with the wrong tool.

A can of spray, a bug bomb, a week of quiet, then more of them: that is how most of these go. German cockroaches breed inside the cabinet hinges where spray never lands. Drain flies live in the pipe, not the air. Bees sprayed inside a wall can never be removed. The pest decides the fix, and that’s the first thing we tell you.

Homes book German cockroach treatment for $250 (bait where they live, a second visit at day 14, a follow-up by day 30, all inside the price), fly treatment for $75, and bed bug heat treatment from $1,000, online, before anyone visits.

For bees, carpenter ants, pantry pests and carpet beetles, add a photo to the form: a real person from our Clermont office tells you what it is and what it takes, within 15 minutes during business hours. Businesses and property managers start with a site inspection.

Before you spend another dollar

Know what it is, what ends it, and what it costs, before anyone comes out.

You’ve already paid once for the can that didn’t work. Below is what’s actually in your kitchen, wall or pantry, what makes it stop, and the price or next step for each, so the next thing you pay for is the fix.

Roaches

Which roach is in your house?

One is a $250 treatment. The other is already covered by a home plan.

Small, fast and light brown, in the kitchen or bathroom

German cockroach. It breeds inside the cabinets, so the spray that clears the counter leaves the colony behind. We bait where it lives.

About ½ in, two dark stripes behind the head. UF/IFAS

$250 · Book

Big and reddish brown, in the garage or on the lanai

American cockroach, the palmetto bug. It lives outside and wanders in, so a home plan treats the perimeter it comes from.

About 1½ in; lives in trees, woodpiles and debris around homes. UF/IFAS

Flies

Which fly keeps coming back?

Each one tells us where it’s breeding, which is where the $75 goes.

Flies around the trash or the patio

House flies, breeding in garbage and other rotting material. The fix starts at the cans, not in the air.

7–10 days from egg to adult in warm weather. UF/IFAS

$75 · Book

Tiny fuzzy flies by the sink or shower

Drain flies. The larvae live in the film inside the drain, so spraying the adults leaves them there. We clean and treat the drain.

21–27 day life cycle, in the drain. UF/IFAS

$75 · Book

Small flies over fruit or the disposal

Fruit flies. Ripe produce, the disposal and the recycling are where they lay eggs. We find the source you missed.

About a week from egg to adult. UF/IFAS Extension

Small flies that run instead of fly, near a floor drain

Phorid flies. A lot of them on a ground floor can mean a broken drain or sewer line underneath. We find out which first.

Wood and stored food

Something is eating your wood, food or clothes

You find the damage first. We find the source.

Sawdust piles under a window or along a wall

Carpenter ants, hollowing out wood that’s already damp. Spraying the trail leaves the nest and the moisture. We find both, treat the nest and show you what to fix so they don’t rebuild. Usually more than one visit.

Florida carpenter ants don’t excavate sound wood. UF/IFAS

Moths in the kitchen, webbing in the flour

Indianmeal moths, or beetles and weevils in flour, spices and pet food. Infested food goes out, the rest goes into sealed containers, and we find where it started and treat the shelving.

One Indianmeal moth can lay up to 400 eggs. UF/IFAS

Small holes in rugs, wool or sweaters

Carpet beetles. The larvae do the damage, feeding on wool, fur and silk where you don’t look. We find the source, treat it, and tell you what to wash and what to vacuum.

Bees

Bees on the property

One usually leaves on its own. The other needs removing, not spraying.

A cluster of bees hanging on a branch

A swarm resting on its way somewhere else. Keep people and pets back; it usually moves on by itself.

Hours to a few days is typical. UF/IFAS

Usually moves on

Bees going in and out of a wall, soffit or shed

They’ve moved in and are building comb. Spray it and the bees and comb can’t be removed alive. We remove honeybees. Send a photo of where they’re going in and we’ll tell you what it takes.

Live removal is only possible if no pesticide was used. UF/IFAS

Still not sure what you’re looking at? Add a photo to the form, with a coin for scale, and a real person from our Clermont office tells you what it is and what we’d do about it, within 15 minutes during business hours.

Not sure what it is? That is what the photo is for

One photo, and you stop guessing.

Half the pests on this page have no flat price because a swarm on a branch and a colony in a soffit are different jobs. The photo is how we tell them apart without a truck in your driveway. Wasps, fire ants, spiders, fleas and scorpions are not specialty pests at all: every home plan covers them, and we’ll tell you that too.

German cockroaches

Sprays chase them into the walls. Bait follows them in.

Small, fast roaches in the kitchen or bathroom are almost always German cockroaches, and they live indoors. Bug bombs and store sprays miss where they hide (NC State). Bait works where they live, and the roaches that eat it spread it to the ones that don’t (UF/IFAS Lake County).

  1. Step 1 · Where they live. ½ in long, with two dark stripes behind the head. German cockroaches are small, light brown and fast, and they live indoors. They pick warm, damp, tight spots close to food: under the sink, behind the fridge and stove, inside cabinet hinges. Most of the day, you won’t see them.
  2. Step 2 · The egg capsule. 30–40 eggs in a single capsule. The female carries her egg capsule until the eggs are about to hatch, so they stay hidden and protected. Insecticides don’t kill the eggs inside, UF/IFAS notes, which is why one treatment is rarely enough.
  3. Step 3 · Spread. 60 days from hatching to adult at room temperature. Generations overlap, so eggs, young roaches and adults share the kitchen at once, and numbers can climb fast. By the time you see them on the counter, they’re often in the hinges, the outlets and more than one cabinet.
  4. Step 4 · Why sprays fail. 603× more pesticide on kitchen counters after bug bombs. In an NC State study of 20 infested homes, bug bombs didn’t reduce the roaches a month later. The fog settles on open counters and floors, not inside cabinets and walls. Sprays near bait also drive roaches away from it.
  5. Our plan · Inspection. $250 the whole treatment, priced up front. We start with an inspection: how big the problem is and every place they’re living. You hear the plan and the price before we treat, plus the short list of what helps on your side.
  6. Our plan · First treatment. Bait in cabinets, drawers, cracks and outlets. Gel bait goes where they live: cabinets, drawers, cracks and crevices, behind outlet covers and moved appliances, and bathroom cabinets as needed. Baited glueboard monitors go in each cabinet and behind appliances.
  7. Our plan · Second treatment. 14 days after the first treatment. The monitors show where they’re still living. We HEPA-vacuum the roaches, re-bait where they’re feeding, and apply a non-repellent insecticide along baseboards and behind appliances. Non-repellent means they don’t avoid it.
  8. Our plan · Follow-up. 30 days at most, then the final check. Within 30 days we come back for a final assessment and re-treat anything that needs it. Your part matters as much as ours: no sprays, dusts, bombs or store baits while our bait works.

Prices for homes

Why Clermont

Warm, humid and busy. Everything on this page likes all three.

Cold is the main thing that limits German cockroaches (UF/IFAS), and Clermont kitchens don’t get cold. Year-round warmth, humidity and a town that turns over every week keep the rest of this list active too.

  • Climate

    No off season

Humidity suits cockroaches, drain flies and pantry pests alike, and indoor warmth keeps German cockroaches breeding all year.

  • Vacation rentals

    Turnover brings things in

Around Four Corners and Clermont, luggage, groceries and boxes come and go every week. Roaches, bed bugs and pantry pests ride along.

  • Restaurants

    Highway 50 and US-27

Busy kitchens, dish pits and dumpster corrals along the restaurant corridors: where German cockroaches and small flies breed, and where inspectors look.

Where we work: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Montverde, Mascotte, Winter Garden, Four Corners, Ferndale and the rest of Lake County, plus 10 more Central Florida counties. Check your town or ZIP.

Businesses, rentals and property managers

The pest that costs you a review, an inspection or a tenant, handled before it does.

Every commercial plan covers cockroaches, flies and stored product pests, serviced after close or around your hours, with a written report after every visit you can hand straight to an inspector. Find your building, then book the site inspection.

Restaurants and bars

The inspector walks in during the lunch rush.

Live roaches and small flying insects are High Priority violations on Florida’s inspection record.

German cockroaches on the line or in dry storage

We service after close, bait the line, dish pit and dry storage with products resistant populations still take, and leave the service record for the inspector.

Any presence of insects is a High Priority violation. DBPR

Drain and fruit flies at the bar or dish pit

Small flies mean a breeding site: a floor drain, the bar mat, the dumpster corral. We find it and treat it, not the air above it.

“Live, small flying insects” is a High Priority violation. DBPR

Weevils or moths in the dry goods

Stored product pests spread through inventory before a box is opened. We identify the infested lot, treat the storage area and set monitors.

Rentals and property managers

One guest review mentions bugs, and it sits at the top for months.

One unit is a building problem, and turnover brings new ones in.

German cockroaches moving between units

They travel through shared walls and plumbing, so treating one unit while the neighbor is untreated means they come back. One call covers the property, and we keep the records.

Bed bugs after a guest

We confirm the room or unit, heat-treat it in a day with no chemical residue, and check the adjoining units so it stays gone.

Flies at the trash enclosure or pool deck

Guests notice before you do. We treat the breeding site and the resting areas, on a schedule that stays out of check-in.

Offices, retail and medical

A fly in the break room is a complaint by Friday.

Break rooms, kitchenettes and stockrooms carry the same pests as a kitchen.

Fruit and drain flies in the break room

The sink drain, the recycling, the fruit bowl nobody owns. We treat the source and work around your hours.

Pantry pests in the stockroom or vending area

One infested case seeds the shelf. We trace it, treat the shelving and set monitors so the next one turns up in a trap.

Honeybees on the signage or over an entrance

Don’t let staff spray them: sprayed comb can’t be removed alive. We remove honeybees. Send a photo of where they’re entering.

Sprayed comb can’t be removed alive. UF/IFAS

Warehouses and distribution

A returned pallet costs more than the service ever will.

Stored product pests move through inventory unseen.

Beetles or moths in stock

In warehouse heat they go from egg to adult in under a month and spread through inventory before a box is opened. We identify the infested lot, treat the storage area and set monitors.

Cigarette beetles develop in 26 days at 98°F. UF/IFAS

Flies at the dock or compactor

The compactor and the dock drains are the breeding site. We treat them and the resting areas around the doors.

Bees in the racking or on a dock door

A swarm on a door usually moves on within a day or two; a colony in the structure needs removing. Send a photo and we’ll tell you which.

“Called them when my previous company refused to assist with service! Webenex showed up the next day and solved the issue without hesitation. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.” Hunter Saunders, Google review. No long-term contract; free re-services between scheduled visits and the refund terms are on the commercial page.

Straight answers before you book

Didn’t see your question?

Text it to us. A real person from our Clermont office answers, and we get back to you within 15 minutes during business hours.

How much does German cockroach treatment cost in Clermont?

For homes, German cockroach treatment is $250, flat: an inspection, bait and monitors, a second treatment 14 days later and a follow-up within 30 days. You can book it online, one-time or as a monthly subscription at 5% off. Businesses start with a site inspection and a quote, and cockroaches are covered by every commercial plan.

Big roach or small roach: which one do I have?

Small (about half an inch), light brown with two dark stripes behind the head, in the kitchen or bathroom: that’s a German cockroach (UF/IFAS). Big (about an inch and a half), reddish brown, often outside or in the garage: that’s an American cockroach, the palmetto bug (UF/IFAS). Not sure? Add a photo to the form.

I’m on a pest control plan. Why am I still seeing small roaches?

Our home pest control plans cover palmetto bugs, the big roaches that wander in from outside. German cockroaches live and breed indoors, resist common products, and usually need more than one treatment with their own protocol, so they’re a separate service. Call or text (407) 360-7325 and we’ll set it up alongside your plan.

Why do roaches come back after I spray?

Sprays and bug bombs land on open surfaces, not inside the cabinets, hinges and walls where German cockroaches live. In an NC State study, bug bombs didn’t reduce roaches in infested homes a month later, while gel bait did (NC State). German cockroaches also build resistance to common sprays, and spraying near bait keeps them away from it (UF/IFAS).

How many visits does German cockroach treatment take?

Plan on more than one. We inspect and treat, come back 14 days later for a second treatment, and follow up within 30 days. Insecticides don’t kill the eggs inside a capsule (UF/IFAS), so the second treatment catches the roaches that hatch after the first.

What do I need to do before you treat?

Clear out the kitchen cabinets and drawers so we can reach every one. From then on: trash out daily, dishes done, eat in one area, no food or pet food out overnight, counters wiped, and sinks and pet bowls dried at night. Fix any leaks we point out. See the full checklist.

How much is fly treatment, and where are the flies coming from?

Fly treatment for homes is $75, flat. We find where they’re breeding, treat the problem areas, and tell you what will keep them away. The kind of fly is the clue: house flies breed in garbage, drain flies in the film inside drains (UF/IFAS), and fruit flies in ripe or fermenting produce.

Do you remove honeybees?

Yes, honeybee removal is one of our specialty services. Please don’t spray them first: bees and comb can only be removed alive if no pesticide was used (UF/IFAS). A swarm resting on a branch usually moves on within a few days. If bees are going in and out of a wall, soffit or shed, call or text (407) 360-7325 with a photo and we’ll tell you the next step.

Is it pantry moths, and do I have to throw everything out?

Webbing in flour or cereal, small moths in the kitchen, or tiny beetles in spices and pet food usually mean pantry pests: Indianmeal moths, weevils or cigarette beetles. You don’t have to empty the pantry. Throw out what’s infested, keep the rest in sealed containers (UF/IFAS), and if they keep showing up, send us a photo and we’ll find the source.

Carpenter ants or termites?

Carpenter ants push out sawdust and nest in wood that’s already damp or decayed; they don’t eat it (UF/IFAS). Termites leave mud tubes or winged swarmers. An inspection tells you which, and termites have their own treatment page.

Is the bait safe around my kids and pets?

The gel bait goes into cracks, crevices, cabinet hinges and inside outlets, out of reach and out of sight, and we follow the label for every product. If you have pets, small kids or anyone with health concerns at home, tell us when we schedule and we’ll plan around it. See the products we use.

I rent. Does my landlord have to pay for roach treatment?

Often, yes. Under Florida law, the landlord of a rental other than a single-family home or duplex must make reasonable provisions for roach extermination during the tenancy, unless the lease says otherwise in writing (Fla. Stat. 83.51). Check your lease and tell your landlord or property manager first. Renting a house or duplex? It comes down to your lease.

Will roaches or flies fail our health inspection?

They can. Florida restaurant inspectors cite any presence of insects or rodents as a High Priority violation, the kind that could contribute directly to foodborne illness (DBPR). Every Webenex commercial plan covers cockroaches and flies. We service after close, keep visits discreet, and every visit ends with a written report you can hand straight to the inspector.

Are cockroaches and flies covered by commercial plans?

Yes. Cockroaches, flies, stored product pests and stinging insects are covered by every Webenex commercial plan, with free re-services between scheduled visits. Start with a site inspection: call or text (407) 360-7325 or see commercial pest control.

Is there a guarantee?

Our home pest control plans and every commercial plan come with free re-services and our refund terms. One-time treatments, including German cockroach, fly and bed bug treatments, aren’t covered by that guarantee. For roaches, the second treatment and the follow-up within 30 days are part of the price. See the details in our FAQ.

How fast can someone come out?

Call or text (407) 360-7325, or send us a message, and we get back to you within 15 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM, Sat 9 AM–12 PM). Book online and we reach out to schedule, often the same day.
