What’s in the tank
Plant oils. Label‑backed. No mystery.
The number one reason families put off pest control isn’t price. It’s the thought of conventional chemicals where their kids and pets eat, sleep and play. So they wait, and while they wait, the ants find the kitchen and a small problem becomes an infestation.
Our botanical service treats with EcoVia 3-in-1 by Rockwell Labs, a botanical insecticide, miticide and fungicide. Here’s exactly what that means.
-
Active ingredients
Four plant oils
Thyme oil 12%, geraniol 6%, cinnamon oil 2% and peppermint oil 2%. That’s the full active ingredient list on the label.
-
Federal category
FIFRA 25(b) minimum-risk
Minimum-risk botanicals are exempt from EPA registration. That’s the standard classification for this product class, not a loophole: its ingredients have well-established safety profiles.
-
Botanical
Suitable for organic production
The product is listed as suitable for organic production. Run a certified-organic operation? Talk to us and we’ll confirm the paperwork fits your certifier.
-
After we leave
Low odor
You’ll notice plant oils, not chemicals, and the scent doesn’t linger.
Product facts from the EcoVia 3-in-1 label. Every label we use is on our products page. Like every treatment we apply, we ask that kids and pets stay off treated areas until they’re dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour.
What it treats
Will botanical work on what you’re seeing?
Tap a pest for a straight answer. Botanical is labeled for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, ants (carpenter ants too), cockroaches, bed bugs and flies. Spiders and wasps aren’t on the label, and when they’re your problem we’ll tell you and use the conventional tool that is.
On the botanical label
A plant-based barrier on the shaded plants where adult mosquitoes rest by day, plus In2Care stations that turn egg-laying females into carriers of a larvicide they spread to the breeding spots they visit.
How the mosquito program works- Mosquitoes: On the botanical label. A plant-based barrier on the shaded plants where adult mosquitoes rest by day, plus In2Care stations that turn egg-laying females into carriers of a larvicide they spread to the breeding spots they visit.
- Fleas & ticks: On the botanical label. Fleas and ticks are both on the botanical label, and homes with pets get a dedicated flea-and-tick program. Tell us about your dogs or cats on the form and your technician plans the visit around them.
- Ants: On the botanical label. Ants are on the botanical label, carpenter ants included. We treat where they live and get in: the foundation, eaves, windows, doors, cracks and crevices.
- Roaches: On the label. Tool depends.. Cockroaches are on the botanical label, and the barrier treats the doors, windows and cracks palmetto bugs use to get in. German cockroaches breeding in a kitchen are a different job: gel bait with follow-ups at day 14 and day 30. Your technician will tell you which you have.
- Bed bugs: On the label. Tool depends.. Bed bugs are on the botanical label for crack-and-crevice use. An established infestation needs heat, which reaches the eggs sprays miss. We inspect first and tell you straight which one fits.
- Flies: On the botanical label. Flies are on the botanical label. We treat where they rest and get in, and point out what’s drawing them to your home in the first place.
- Spiders: Not on the botanical label. Spiders aren’t on the botanical label, so we won’t pretend they are. Our conventional home plans cover them, black and brown widows included, with webs and egg sacs cleared from the eaves at every scheduled visit.
- Wasps: Not on the botanical label. Wasps aren’t on the botanical label either. Paper wasps and mud daubers are covered by our conventional home plans, and nests come down from the eaves at every scheduled visit.
- Termites: A termite job. Termites need a termite treatment, not a general pest spray, botanical or otherwise. We inspect first, then match the treatment to the termite: Sentricon colony elimination, Bora-Care or a liquid treatment.
- Rats & mice: A rodent job. Rats and mice aren’t insects, so no insect treatment touches them. We find the gaps they use (a mouse needs about a quarter inch), seal them and set tamper-resistant bait stations.
Labeled pests from the EcoVia 3-in-1 label. Indoors, botanical use follows the label: crack-and-crevice and spot treatments only.
Mosquitoes, this year
Built for Florida mosquito pressure.
Florida is having its worst dengue year in decades: more than 360 locally acquired cases by mid-October, five of them in Orange County, with aerial spraying planned over Apopka and Pine Hills. The mosquito that carries dengue breeds in a bottle cap of water behind your grill, and no county spray truck reaches that.
-
The carrier
It lives in ordinary yards
A 2026 UF/IFAS study trapped mosquitoes in 78 residential yards and found Aedes aegypti, the mosquito that can carry dengue, more common than the researchers expected.
-
Where it breeds
A bottle cap of water
Plant saucers, clogged gutters, toys and the cup of a bromeliad all hold enough. Dump standing water weekly. That half of mosquito control is free.
-
Where adults rest
Botanical barrier
We treat the shaded plants where adult mosquitoes rest by day, with the same plant-oil product we use around the rest of your home.
-
Where they breed next
In2Care traps
Stations lure egg-laying females, then send them off carrying a larvicide to the breeding spots they visit next. Refilled every 6 to 8 weeks in season.

Case counts from the Florida Department of Health arbovirus report for the week ending Oct 10, 2026; no locally acquired cases had been reported in Lake County. Yard study: UF/IFAS Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory, 2026. Bottle-cap figure from UF/IFAS. Trap mechanism from the In2Care fact sheet.
How it works
Four steps. Same rigor as our conventional service.
Botanical changes what’s in the tank, not how carefully we work. Every visit follows the same inspect-first system as our home pest control plans.
-
Step 1
Free inspection
A certified technician walks your home inside and out and finds the active pests and what’s drawing them in.
-
Step 2
Targeted botanical application
Plant-based treatments where pests live and enter: the foundation, eaves, windows, doors, cracks and crevices.
-
Step 3
Mosquito trapping where it counts
In2Care stations placed where Aedes mosquitoes breed around your yard.
-
Step 4
On your schedule
Monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, with free re-treatments between visits if pests come back. Botanical products break down naturally, so the schedule keeps the barrier continuous.
Your botanical service rolls out in our new electric service vehicle. The fleet and the chemistry finally say the same thing.
Plans and promise
Same plans. Same guarantee. Different tank.
Botanical runs on the same system as our conventional home plans, and your exact price comes from the free inspection, before anything is sprayed.
Every visit includes de-webbing: eaves, soffits, overhangs, doors and windows, and the lanai and pool-cage structure, including high webs. Furniture and personal items inside the lanai aren’t included.
Plans run on a one-year service agreement at the discounted rate — no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and there’s no cancellation fee. Military discount: 10% off — just ask when we schedule.
Why not grab a “natural” spray at the store? Store-bought botanicals fall short on coverage and consistency. Ours comes with licensed application, labeled rates and free re-treatments.

Florida Certified Pest Control Operator
Why we stopped making families choose
Kevin started in pest control in 2011, brought the trade to Florida in 2013 with his father, Dave, and founded Webenex in Clermont in 2016 with less than $100. He’s the Certified Operator in Charge on Webenex’s Florida license, JB309802, so the person whose license is on the line signs off on every botanical plan.
Botanical is an option, not a replacement. We still offer conventional treatments, and your technician recommends whichever tool fits your home.

“The families I talk to want two things that used to feel like a tradeoff: real protection, and something they’re comfortable having around their kids and pets. With disease pressure like this, waiting isn’t the move — so we stopped making people choose.”

Botanical pest control questions
Still have a question?
Call or text us. We’ll call or text you back within 15 minutes during business hours.
Is botanical pest control as effective as conventional?
For the pests it’s labeled for (mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, ants, cockroaches, bed bugs and flies), yes, when it’s applied at labeled rates, on a real schedule, by a licensed technician. Where it isn’t the right tool, like spiders, wasps or a severe established infestation, we’ll tell you upfront and recommend what is.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
EcoVia 3-in-1 is a FIFRA 25(b) minimum-risk botanical, the federal category for ingredients exempt from EPA registration because of their established safety. We still apply it like professionals: targeted, labeled sites only, and we’ll walk you through drying times before we leave. Like every treatment we apply, keep kids and pets off treated areas until they’re dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour.
Does it smell?
It’s low-odor. You’ll notice plant oils, not chemicals, and the scent doesn’t linger.
Is it “organic”?
The product is listed as suitable for organic production. If you run a certified-organic operation, talk to us and we’ll confirm the paperwork fits your certifier.
Which pests does it not cover?
Spiders and wasps aren’t on the botanical label, so we treat them with our conventional service. Termites and rodents need their own treatments too. One company, and an honest recommendation about which tool fits.
How often does it need to be applied?
Same plans as our conventional service: monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, depending on your property and pest pressure. Botanical products break down naturally, so the schedule is what keeps the barrier continuous.
What about mosquitoes specifically?
A botanical barrier on the shaded plants where adults rest, In2Care traps for the breeding sites, plus the yard habits that matter most: dump standing water weekly from plant saucers, gutters and toys. Aedes mosquitoes can breed in a bottle cap of water.
How much does botanical pest control cost?
Your price comes from the free inspection, because it depends on your home, the pests you’re dealing with and how often we visit. The inspection costs nothing, and you’ll know your price before anything is sprayed.
Do you still offer conventional treatments?
Yes. Botanical is an option, not a replacement. Your technician recommends the right tool for your situation.
