Webenex is a family-owned exterminator on Highway 50 in Clermont, licensed in Florida (JB309802) and treating homes, rentals and businesses across Lake County since 2016. When you reach out during business hours, someone from our office gets back to you within 15 minutes and tells you whether a technician can get to you today.
Most visits take 25 to 60 minutes because we inspect before we treat. Treatments are safe around kids and pets once completely dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour. If you’re on a home or business plan and pests come back between visits, we come back at no charge.

German cockroaches
Small, light-brown roaches in the kitchen or bathroom, usually seen at night. They hide in cabinet hinges and behind outlet covers and resist store-bought sprays, so we use gel bait and come back on day 14 and day 30. $250 covers all three visits.
German cockroach treatment → -
Bed bugs
Bites in a row, small dark spots along mattress seams, or a musty smell in the bedroom. We heat the whole space to a temperature that kills the eggs as well as the adults, usually in one day and with no chemical residue. From $1,000, depending on square footage.
Bed bug heat treatment → -
Rats or mice
Droppings, chewed wires or scratching in the attic at night. A rat fits through a half-inch gap and a mouse through a quarter-inch, so we find and seal the entry points before we set bait stations. Inspection $125.
Rodent control → -
Termites
Mud tubes on the foundation, a pile of wings by a window, or wood that sounds hollow. Most homeowners insurance doesn’t cover termite damage, so we start with an inspection: $150 for an annual inspection, WDO reports from $150.
Termite treatment → -
Wasp nests and bees
Paper wasps and mud daubers are cleared at every home plan visit. Fall is when nests reach their largest size. For a big nest or honeybees in a wall, send us a photo and we’ll quote it. Bees are removed, never sprayed inside the wall.
Send us a photo → -
Flies
Drain flies and fruit flies around sinks and trash cans are a $75 treatment. A large number of house flies usually means something is breeding nearby, so we find the source first and then quote the fix.
Fly control → -
Mosquitoes
A monthly barrier treatment around your yard, plus treatment of standing water where they breed, including clogged gutters. $69 per visit.

Who you’re hiring
Meet Kevin Sukovich, owner and Certified Operator in Charge
Kevin started in pest control in 2011, going door to door, brought the trade to Florida in 2013 with his father, Dave, and founded Webenex in Clermont in April 2016 with less than $100. Ten years on, Webenex is still family-owned and local, not a franchise, and it’s the Orlando Sentinel’s 2025 Gold Medal winner for Best Pest Control in Central Florida.
He’s the Certified Operator in Charge on license JB309802. The person whose license is on the line is the person who signs off on your plan, and he works out of the office on Highway 50 in Clermont.
Products rotate by pest so resistance doesn’t build. Prefer to skip synthetic products? Ask about botanical pest control.

Exterminator questions from Clermont homes and businesses
Have a question we didn’t answer?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. During those hours we get back to you within 15 minutes. After hours, we reach out first thing the next morning.
How fast can an exterminator come out?
Call or text us and we’ll tell you when we can be there. Same-day service is available when a technician is working in your area, and during business hours someone from the Clermont office gets back to you within 15 minutes (Mon–Fri 8–5, Sat 9–12). We won’t promise a time we can’t keep.
How much does an exterminator cost in Clermont?
It depends on the pest, and most of ours are priced in the open: cockroach treatment $250, rodent inspection $125, mosquito service $69 a month, home plans from $125 a quarter. Every price is in our online store, by home size where it applies, so no estimate visit is needed to see a number.
What’s the difference between an exterminator and pest control?
An exterminator is who you call when a pest is already in your home or business and you want it handled now. Pest control usually means an ongoing plan with scheduled visits that keeps pests from coming back. We do both, and we’ll tell you which one fits your situation.
Do you guarantee the work?
Home and commercial plans carry the guarantee: a free return visit if pests come back between scheduled services. One-time and specialty treatments aren’t plan-guaranteed — instead, the follow-ups a service actually needs are built into its price and stated on its page before you book (German cockroach removal includes its day-14 and day-30 visits in the $250).
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Treatments are safe around kids and pets once fully dry, which usually takes 30 to 60 minutes, and baits sit in tamper-resistant placements. If you’d rather go botanical, that option exists too.
I rent. Is this my landlord’s problem?
Usually, yes. Unless your lease says otherwise in writing, Florida law makes the landlord responsible for getting rid of roaches, rodents, ants and bed bugs in most rentals; single-family homes and duplexes are the exception (Fla. Stat. §83.51). Send them this page; booking takes two minutes.
Do you service businesses?
Yes: restaurants, offices, rentals and warehouses. Commercial service begins with a free inspection of the site and a written quote, runs after close or around your hours, and leaves a written service record after every visit.
