Accessibility
Everyone should be able to find a price, book a visit and reach us, on any device and with any assistive technology. If something on this site gets in your way, a person from our Clermont office will help you finish what you came to do.
How we build the site
- Our goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
- Every new page is checked at phone width, with one main heading, text alternatives on photos, buttons sized for touch and the contrast of text on dark sections measured.
- Prices and what each service includes are written out as text, not shown only in images.
- Menus, the search panel and the interactive guides work with a keyboard, and animations follow your device's reduced-motion setting.
Rather do it with a person?
- Call or text (407) 360-7325, or email support@webenexservices.com.
- We can read you a price, book your visit and take your details by phone. A real person from our Clermont office calls or texts you back within 15 minutes during business hours; after hours, first thing in the morning.
- Office hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM.
- Rather type? Open the chat from Kevin’s button at the bottom of any page. People answer it at any hour, usually within 15 minutes.
Parts run by other companies
- Checkout, sign-in and order emails run on Shopify, the chat window that opens from Kevin’s button is Shopify Inbox, and the customer portal runs on PestPortals.
- We can't change how those work. If one of them gets in your way, call or text us and we'll finish the booking or payment with you.
Tell us about a problem
- Tell us the page and what happened, by phone, text or email. We'll fix what's ours to fix, and help you book in the meantime.
