The inspection for a home plan, botanical service or any business plan costs nothing and carries no obligation: a licensed technician looks, and you get a price in writing before anything is treated. The attic assessment for restoration or TAP insulation is free too: a technician goes up, photographs what’s there, reads the insulation depth and writes you a quote. Book it on the attic restoration page; if rodents are still active, the $125 rodent inspection comes first. Three inspections are different because they end in a report: the annual termite inspection, the rodent inspection (free for businesses) and the WDO inspection for a sale, refinance or lease. Those are priced on the Pricing page and book online.

A real person from our Clermont office calls or texts you back within 15 minutes during business hours; after hours, first thing in the morning. We set a time together, and we usually have technicians available the same day. Nothing is sprayed on the inspection visit unless you say yes to a written price. When we do treat, it’s safe around kids and pets once completely dry, usually 30 minutes to an hour, and botanical options are available.

For a home, yes for the inside: the first look covers the inside, the garage and the outside, and we walk it with you. For a business, name an on-site contact in the form or on the call; we work around your hours and your customers, and the contact gets the written plan.

No. Every home plan, one-time service and specialty treatment is priced by home size on the Pricing page and books in two minutes; every visit still starts with the technician inspecting before treating. Book the inspection when you want a look and a quote first, or when your home is over 4,000 sq ft, which is priced in person.

The site inspection is scheduled around your hours, and the technician treats nothing on that visit. You get a written quote and plan: the pests covered, the areas, the schedule and your on-site contact. Plans cover eight pest groups: spiders, wasps and stinging insects, ants, cockroaches, rodents, flies, stored-product pests, and fleas and ticks; termites, bed bugs and mosquitoes are quoted separately.
